Summary

In this study in a British journal called BJOG Researchers looked for studies on how to help women after they lose a pregnancy, either from stillbirth (baby dies after 24 weeks), second-trimester miscarriage (loss between 13-24 weeks), or recurrent miscarriage (two or more losses). They searched through 18,603 studies and found only 15 that met their criteria. The quality of all these studies was poor, with small numbers of participants (14-103 women) and significant research flaws.
