First clinical pregnancy following AI-based microfluidic sperm detection and recovery in non-obstructive azoospermia, published in The Lancet, November 2025.

Azoospermia is a condition in which no sperm are detected in the ejaculate on standard semen analysis. It can result either from failure of sperm production in the testes or from blockage that prevents sperm from reaching the ejaculate.
